Cracker Barrell Only Loves "Crackers"

Chris Rock's mother, Rose Rock, is planning to sue the restaurant franchise, Cracker Barrell, because she says she discriminated due to the color of her skin. Rose and her 21-year-old daughter waited over half an hour before Rose asked to speak to the manager. She told him that she was ignored by the staff and didn't appreciate it. The manager at the South Carolina franchise offered to comp their meal. She didn't like this.

She said, "He never called over the waitress and asked, 'Why did these people sit here for an hour without service?' The only thing he said was we could have a free meal and neither of us wanted to eat."

The restaurant was filled with white folks and Rose says they all received speedy treatment.

The chain has faced allegations in the past for discrimination against blacks and gays.

A rep said, "It has always been a violation of our policies and procedures and it is neither condoned nor allowed. We do not allow the type of behavior you are describing."

Rose is working with Rev. Al Sharpton to help with her case. His organization is funding the lawsuit.

Sara Evans and a woman that should've been her nanny

What is wrong with these women? Why don't they hire some skanky ass nanny that smells like shit and tastes even worse? Then they wonder why their husband cheated on their asses with the nanny?

Sara Evans' nanny and friend, Alison Clinton, is shocked and appalled that Sara would ever consider that she screwed her man. Sure. Not only is Sara claiming that her man is into porn, but she's claiming that he boinked the nanny.

Alison doesn't like this one bit and said, "It's just devastating. It absolutely feels like a death, there's just no explanation for it, it just kills me inside ... I cry myself to sleep every night."

She has threatened to sue Sara if she doesn't remove her name from the divorce papers.

Sara was a bride at Alison's wedding and I can't find the footage, but Alison was one of the skankiest brides I've ever seen. Her fake implants were like falling out of her cheap dress. It was on Access Hollywood or one of those last night.

Future White Trash Baby Alert!

Pamela Anderson and her husband, Kid Rock, are apparently trying to have a kid. She has brushed off rumors that she is pregnant and sources close to the couple state she's not pregnant right now, but that they are trying.

A source said, "Kid wanted to get back with Pam partly because of this, but she didnÂt know he wanted a child. They are trying really hard right now."

This news may upset Tommy Lee, because according to friends he wanted to have a baby with her before she got married to Kid.

Pam is seen in these pics looking like a haggard mess as she leaves Paris Hilton's house. Methinks that if she was pregnant, she isn't anymore after being exposed to Paris' toxic skank.

How can you work for something that you don't even use. That's like KFed working for shampoo or Paris Hilton working for condoms.

Model, Clarissa Anderson, said that she didn't get paid one cent for working on Bravo's Project Runway. In fact she says they worked for food only. She said they worked 15-hours a day, sometimes two days in a row and received no compensation.

"Just doing (Project Runway) and not being able to do other jobs while doing that was hard for me. I had to beg parents for money because I simply had no income at all. I was so busy with the show that I wasn't really able to get other jobs through my agency because anything I did book I couldn't do because we were probably filming that day."

She said that Heidi Klum barely talked to them and that the producers said they would gain a lot of exposure and so far she hasn't seen anything.

"They say, it's good exposure and everyone's going to see you; just think of all the jobs you'll get. I haven't gotten many jobs because of it, like none."

Tonight is the show's finale and I'm guessing Michael Knight takes this one home. Clarissa happens to be Michael's final model. Bitch needs to shut it and go eat something.

Mo'Nique in Flavor of Love Charm School

After yesterday's post about the new Flavor of Love spin-off featuring the girls from season 1 and 2 in a charm school, I received more tips. Mo'Nique is apparently the host and judge. Shooting is set to begin late next month in California. Also, there will be 10 girls and the final prize will be cold hard cash. No word yet on any casting info or when the show will debut.

I'm not sure how Mo'Nique is going to be a charm school judge seeing as she doesn't know how to operate a Nair bottle or a razor. Crunk + Disorderly made this observation from her appearance at last night's Black Movie Awards.

Chestica Simpson Gets Owned

Nick Lachey is a happy man these days. He has a new girlfriend and better yet, he's sold twice as many albums as his ex, Chestica Simpson.

Ches's album has sold roughly 218,000 copies while Nick has sold around 545,000 copies.

This is a huge drop in sales for her, because her last album sold almost 3 million copies.

I have to say that her album is so awful that it's good. It's like high art.

In other Chestica news: Johnny Depp hates her ass. She told Rachael Ray, "I made a fool out of myself in front of Johnny Depp. Dane Cook and I hosted the Teen Choice Awards and Johnny made this surprise appearance and I was struck - like by lightening. I said all the wrong things and I ended up saying, 'OK, I'm going to shut up now' and walked away."

He probably thought she was some retarded girl brought by one of the stars for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Trying to be a good global citizen and a good lover? Not as easy as it seems. You might think that forgoing exotic flowers and buying your bouquet from the local greenhouse instead is an eco-friendly option, but the UK's international development minister says you'd be mistaken. He's said that flying flowers from Kenya results in just one-fifth of the greenhouse gas emissions needed to heat and light greenhouses in Holland (but what about the use of water - much more precious in Africa than Europe?).

Treehugger recommends you opt for organic flowers, and eco-perfume. Cards, unless recycled, are probably a no-no - of course you could always use your left-over covers of New Scientist to cobble together your own.

EasierLifestyle reckons giving your loved one a tree sapling is better than a mere flower -- though you should remember that the tree's effect on the climate will depend on where it's planted. If you were to take the scientists' research literally, you might end up flying to the tropics to give it a better chance of fighting global warming. I recommend you just enjoy the view of it out your back door.

As it happens, global warming might just lend you a helping hand with your eco-valentine: thoroughly confused flowers are blooming early. So for a truly green valentine, pick a bouquet from your garden and head to London's National Portrait Gallery (if you're in the neighborhood). They've got a number of engravings by 18th century engraver Valentine Green in their collection.
